Our 1-Year "Got Your Back" Warranty

This warranty policy does not apply to your purchase. Amazon manages all of its own inventory, returns, and support.

We are proud of our products and stand by their quality. That's why every eligible Banana Bros. product purchased directly from our website comes with a 1-year limited warranty, which starts from your original purchase date.

If something isn't working right, we are here to help.


What's Covered?

This warranty covers any manufacturer defects. That means if your product has a flaw in its materials or construction that causes it to fail during normal use, we will take care of it.


What's Not Covered? (Voiding Your Warranty)

The warranty is designed to protect you from defects, not accidents or improper use. Therefore, this warranty is void and does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, drops, abuse, accidents, or neglect.

  • Water damage.

  • Normal wear and tear from a long, happy product life.

  • Any product used for commercial purposes.

  • Failure to use the product according to the instructions and safety warnings in the manual.

  • Failure to properly clean and maintain the product as described in the manual.

  • This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original retail purchaser.

 


 

How to Start Your Claim (bananabros.com Purchases Only)

Getting help is simple. Your purchase from bananabros.com automatically registers your warranty. 

To start a claim, our team just needs two things from you:

1. Your Order Info

We need this to look up your original purchase date. We can use either:

  • Your Order Number, which can be found in your order or shipping confirmation email (it looks like #12345),    -- OR --

  • The Full Name, Shipping Address, and Email you used to place the order.

2. A Quick Photo or Video

This is a mandatory step. Please send us a quick photo or short video that clearly shows the problem. This is the fastest and easiest way for our team to understand the issue and confirm it's covered by the warranty.

 


 

Our Replacement Process (bananabros.com Purchases Only)


Our process is designed to be fair and keep our team safe.

  1. Review: Once you send your order info and photo/video, our team will review it.

  2. Return Label: If your claim is approved, we'll email you a pre-paid ShipStation return label so you can send the defective unit back to our warehouse.

  3. A CRITICAL & LEGAL Requirement: For the health and safety of our team and to comply with federal shipping laws, your returned unit must be thoroughly cleaned and 100% free of any green leafy material or residue. We mean completely clean, inside and out.

  4. The Firm Part: Please understand that we are legally unable to inspect or process any unit that is returned with residue. Any unit that is not clean will be safely disposed of, and this will immediately void your warranty claim. We sincerely appreciate your full cooperation here.

  5. Your Replacement: We will not ship your replacement until we have received and inspected your clean defective unit. Once it's approved, we will ship your brand-new replacement at no cost. Please note: Our sole remedy is to provide a replacement, as we do not offer repairs.
