Yes. If you cancel an order, the points you earned for that original order will be cancelled as well. 

No. You cannot redeem a reward until you've reached 250 points.  (For example, if you have 123 points, you will not be able to redeem them for a partial discount. Once you reach 250 points, you can redeem for that tier's reward.) If you save your points and reach the next tier (500 points), you can select which discount you'd like to apply at check-out.

Sure! First, sign up for the Rewards HERE. Then email us at customerservice@bananabros.com and let us know your order number and we can apply the points to your existing order. You must email us within 14 days of your purchase in order for us to apply the points to your account. If it has been more than 14 days since you completed your purchase, we unfortunately will not be able to apply the points.

No, points are non-transferable and are also not valid in our physical locations. Your points are valid for your own bananabros.com account only.

No, points cannot be stacked with other online discounts or promotional codes. Only one discount per transaction.
